Unauthorized data modification via agent requests
Published Aug 6, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Improper authentication in JetBrains TeamCity before 2021.1.1 allows remote attackers to modify data through unauthenticated agent requests. JetBrains has not published which agent-request handler lacks authentication enforcement or which request data reaches a protected operation. Network access to the TeamCity server is sufficient; the published assessment identifies data modification, with no confidentiality loss or service interruption.
