Converter crash via double-free stream cleanup

Double free in fig2dev 3.2.8a and earlier allows local users to crash the converter by processing a crafted input file. In readpics.c, open_stream frees an allocated stream after an error, and genps_line later passes the same pointer to free_stream again. The application must process attacker-controlled content through the affected conversion path; successful exploitation aborts the fig2dev process without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
