Arbitrary SQL execution via unquoted block identifiers

SQL injection in NavigateCMS 2.9.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary backend database queries. The block::reorder method splits blocks-order on hash characters and concatenates each resulting item into the nv_blocks UPDATE statement without numeric validation or parameterization. The demonstrated request requires a valid CMS session and CSRF token, and successful injection permits direct reads or writes within the backend database.
