Arbitrary SQL execution via unquoted children_order value

SQL injection in NavigateCMS 2.9.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary database queries via children_order. The structure reorder action splits children_order and concatenates each element unquoted into the nv_structure UPDATE statement. The affected navigate.php action accepts an HTTP request without user interaction, allowing database reads, writes, or service interruption.
