Arbitrary SQL execution via unfiltered comment ID

SQL injection in NavigateCMS 2.9.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL through a crafted POST id parameter. The products.php change_comment_status handler concatenates the unfiltered id request value directly into UPDATE and DELETE statements sent to the backend database. Network reachability to the affected route is sufficient; successful injection permits database data to be read, altered, or deleted.
