Arbitrary SQL execution via unfiltered reorder values
Published Jul 26, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
SQL injection in NavigateCMS 2.9.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL through a crafted products-order POST value. The product::reorder method splits the value on hash delimiters and directly appends each unfiltered element to the nv_products UPDATE statement. The request must reach the product-reordering action with a valid CSRF token; injected statements execute with the application's database privileges.
