Account credential disclosure via cleartext configuration files

Cleartext credential storage in NCH Software Reflect CRM 3.01 and earlier allows local users to read account data from configuration files. The local WebAccounts files store each registered user's username, password, and authorization level without encryption. Any user able to read these files can recover reusable account credentials and learn assigned privileges.
