Reflected XSS in NCH Axon PBX 2.22 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim's browser. The /ipblacklist handler returns the errorip query value in its HTML response without adequate input validation, enabling injected JavaScript. Exploitation requires authentication and victim interaction, exposing browser-accessible data and permitting page modification.
