Authenticated script execution via reflected id parameter
Published Jul 25, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Reflected XSS in NCH Software Axon PBX 2.22 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a crafted URL. The /extensionsinstruction handler reflects the id query parameter into an HTML response without neutralizing script-capable input. A valid account and a victim who follows the crafted link are required; injected script runs in the victim's browser under the PBX interface's origin.
