Stored script execution via unvalidated SipRule
Published Jul 25, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in NCH Software Axon PBX 2.22 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script via SipRule. The web control panel accepts a SipRule value without overall input validation, stores the value, and later renders it as browser-interpreted JavaScript. An authenticated account must save the payload and another user must view the affected page, enabling script execution in that user's Axon web origin.
