Cleartext credential storage in NCH Quorum 2.03 and earlier allows local users to read account credentials from local files. Quorum writes each registered user’s username, password, and authorization level without encryption to C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Quorum\Users{user}.dat. Exploitation requires authenticated local file-system access and exposes stored credentials and authorization levels without altering data or service availability.
