Authenticated file deletion via path traversal

Path traversal in NCH Axon PBX 2.22 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary files from the Windows host. The logdelete handler accepts the file query parameter, resolves ../ segments outside the log directory, and passes the resulting path to deletion. An authenticated control-panel account and network access are required, and deletion is limited to files writable by the PBX process.
