System crash or disclosure via zero-length QRTR packet

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system or disclose internal kernel information through crafted QRTR metadata. The qrtr_endpoint_post length check accepts a zero size when the buffer contains only the header, after which the new-server path reads a qrtr_ctrl_pkt beyond that allocation. Local access sufficient to submit QRTR endpoint data is required; the resulting read is bounded to a system crash or exposure of internal kernel information.
