Unauthenticated REST API access via flawed URL comparison
Published Sep 1, 2021 · Updated Oct 21, 2025
Authentication bypass in Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus before 11302 allows remote attackers to access selected REST API URLs. The security filter compares request URLs incorrectly, so affected routes pass its authentication gate without credentials. No public vendor detail identifies the exposed routes or the operations they permit, but network access alone reaches them.
