Account access via persistent password-reset sessions

Session fixation in Chatwoot before 2.4.0 allows remote attackers with a captured session token to retain unauthorized account access. The Devise Token Auth initializer leaves remove_tokens_after_password_reset disabled, so password changes do not revoke tokens issued to other devices. Exploitation requires a previously obtained user session token; the retained token preserves that user's application access until it otherwise expires.
