Authentication bypass via login SQL injection
Published Oct 26, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
SQL injection in /admin/login.php in Online Student Admission System 1.0 allows remote attackers to bypass administrator authentication. The login handler fails to neutralize untrusted login input before using it in an SQL command; public sources do not identify the parameter or query. No account or user interaction is required, and the established consequence is administrator-login bypass rather than broader database compromise.
