OpenClinic GA 5.194.18 insecure permissions allow remote authenticated users to gain system privileges via writable service binaries. Authenticated Users can rename mysqld.exe or tomcat8.exe in application bin folders and replace them with a malicious executable. A computer restart starts the replacement under Local System, enabling arbitrary code execution and full host compromise.
