An IDOR in FLYGO 2021.4e and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read and modify arbitrary bulletins. The bulletin function accepts a bulletin ID from a URL parameter and resolves it without enforcing object-level authorization for the requested bulletin. A general-user account is required; exploitation exposes and alters bulletin content but provides no reported administrative access or service interruption.
