Incorrect folder permissions in Siemens SENTRON Powermanager V3 allow local users to inject code and escalate privileges. The application grants improper access rights to a folder that stores configuration files, allowing those files to be modified with injected code. A local authenticated account is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied code with elevated privileges.
