Path traversal in Siemens SINEC NMS before 1.0 SP1 allows remote authenticated users to download arbitrary files via crafted HTTP requests. The webserver resolves attacker-controlled path input without confining access to the intended directory, exposing files from the underlying filesystem. Access to the webserver is required, and the published impact is read-only disclosure rather than file modification or service interruption.
