Remote service hang via misplaced XML name

Denial of service in Open Robotics ros_comm 1.14.11 and earlier and 1.15.0 through 1.15.11 allows remote attackers to hang roscore. The XMLRPC structFromXml parser searches beyond the current member for a misplaced name element, and recursive array and struct parsing then loops on malformed XML. The attacker must reach the roscore XMLRPC service; repeated malformed requests monopolize processing, with no reported data access or modification.
