Service interruption via crafted packet use-after-free
Published Oct 27, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Use-after-free in Huawei CloudEngine switches allows attackers to interrupt network services with specially crafted packets. Huawei has not disclosed the affected component or the allocation sequence that leaves freed memory accessible during packet processing. Network access to the device is required; affected builds are V200R005C10SPC800, V200R005C20SPC800, and V200R019C00SPC800, depending on model.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
