Authenticated browser script execution
Published Aug 12, 2021 · Updated Aug 10, 2026
Cross-site scripting in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and NAV allows remote authenticated users to inject script into another user’s browser. Microsoft has not published the affected interface, input field, or server-side operation that fails to neutralize attacker-controlled content. Exploitation requires low-privileged authentication and victim interaction, and browser-context execution can read or alter data available to that victim.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
