Administrative access via authentication-response manipulation
Published Aug 12, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Improper authentication in MONITORAPP AIMANAGER before B115 allows attackers to gain administrative access over the network. The WAF management interface trusts a manipulated authentication-check response page, bypassing its authentication decision. Reachability of the management interface and control of the returned response are required, and exploitation exposes administrative functions with execution privileges.
