CVE-2021-36867Network attack vector

Stored XSS via unsanitized submit button caption

Published Apr 26, 2022 · Updated Apr 28, 2026

Stored cross-site scripting in Psychological tests & quizzes 0.21.19 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script via crafted test content. The wpt_test_page_submit_button_caption parameter lacks input sanitization and output escaping, allowing attacker-supplied markup to persist in plugin-rendered pages. A contributor-level WordPress account and subsequent victim interaction are required; successful exploitation can read or alter data in the victim's browser context but does not interrupt service.
