Registry credential disclosure via unredacted failure logging

Sensitive-data exposure in Red Hat OpenShift Assisted Installer allows remote authenticated users to obtain registry pull credentials from logs. The controller treated PullSecretToken as ordinary configuration, while ops.go wrote unredacted command arguments and environment variables to debug and failure messages. Access to generated installation logs is required; a recovered secret authorizes image pulls as the associated registry user.
