Stored XSS via unneutralized campaign headlines

Stored XSS in Icegram Engage 2.0.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through a campaign headline. The message_data[16][headline] field is stored without neutralizing executable markup before the campaign headline is rendered. Administrator access is required to save the payload, which executes in another user's browser when the affected headline is rendered.
