Application crash via persisted malformed locale

Denial of service in Akaunting 2.1.12 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to crash the application via a malformed locale. The settings endpoint accepts and persists an invalid locale without validation, and subsequent page requests encounter an uncaught exception and return HTTP 500. Any authenticated account can trigger the service interruption, which affects the entire web application rather than only the submitting session.
