Project secret disclosure via hard-coded encryption credentials

Hard-coded credentials in KNX Association ETS5 through 5.7.6 allow local users to read sensitive data from local project files. The project store encrypts sensitive XML attributes with AES-256-CBC using a key and IV derived from the constant password ETS5Password and salt Ivan Medvedev instead of the project password. Any unprivileged account able to read C:\ProgramData\KNX\ETS5\ProjectStore can decrypt device keys and passwords used to secure the associated KNX installation.
