Local service impersonation via world-writable socket directory

Incorrect default permissions in the parsec package in openSUSE Factory before 0.8.1-1.1 allow local users to impersonate the service. Its systemd-tmpfiles rule creates /run/parsec with mode 0777, allowing any local user to replace the Unix-domain socket used by Parsec clients. The attacker needs only local code execution and can receive client requests through an imposter socket or prevent clients from reaching the legitimate service.
