Local code execution via pager path hijacking

Uncontrolled search path handling in sharkdp bat before 0.18.2 allows local users to execute code through a malicious Windows pager. The Windows pager-launch and less-version paths pass bare pager names to Command::new, which prioritizes less.exe in the current directory. A user must run bat from an attacker-writable directory, after which the planted executable runs with that user's privileges.
