Administrator account compromise via login SQL injection

SQL injection in Sourcecodester Online Covid Vaccination Scheduler System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read administrator credentials. The login handler embeds the POST username value in a MySQL query without neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling time-delay predicates and data extraction. The public login endpoint requires no prior authentication, and exploitation exposes the administrator password hash for offline recovery and account access.
