Unrestricted file upload in Kooboo CMS 2.1.1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through an uploaded ASPX shell. The template upload path accepts executable ASPX content and stores it beneath /Content/Template/root, where a direct request executes it. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants command execution in the web server context.
