Permission deletion via forged authenticated request

Cross-site request forgery in FUEL CMS 1.4.13 allows remote attackers to delete a permission through a crafted authenticated request. The /permissions/delete/2 route processes a supplied permission post ID as a deletion action without verifying that the request was intentionally submitted by the logged-in user. Exploitation requires a logged-in victim with permission-deletion access, and the public evidence demonstrates permission deletion rather than code execution.
