Stored script execution via unescaped site configuration fields

Stored cross-site scripting in TPCMS 3.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The Site Configuration handler accepts cfg_copyright and cfg_tel values and later renders them into a page without neutralizing script markup. Low-privileged authenticated access is required to store a payload, and another user's page view triggers it, exposing or modifying data available to that browser session.
