Unauthenticated SQL command execution via unescaped cat parameter
Published Feb 3, 2023 · Updated Mar 27, 2025
SQL injection in native-php-cms 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands through the cat parameter in list.php. The list.php endpoint incorporates the attacker-controlled cat value into a database query without escaping or preprocessing it, enabling error-based and Boolean-based injection. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests execute commands with the application's database privileges.
