Process crash via incorrect chroma bit-depth check

Stack-buffer overflow in strukturag libde265 1.0.8 allows attackers to crash dec265 by supplying a crafted HEVC file. During chroma motion compensation, generate_inter_prediction_samples tests the luma plane's bit depth instead of the chroma plane's, causing put_epel_hv_fallback to read two bytes before a stack buffer. The victim must cause dec265 or a consuming application to decode the file; the demonstrated consequence is an availability-only process crash.
