Decoder crash via stale PPS reference

Use-after-free in libde265 1.0.8 allows attackers to crash dec265 by supplying a crafted H.265 file for decoding. When a stream replaces its sequence parameter set without refreshing the linked picture parameter set, the decoder retains mismatched image-size parameters and fill_from_image reads freed picture-parameter-set storage. The target must process the file; the documented outcome is a decoder crash, with no published confidentiality or integrity impact.
