Unauthenticated browser content injection via reflected logon error
Published Jul 12, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Injection in Edifecs Transaction Management through 2021-07-12 allows remote attackers to inject browser content through the login page. The logon.jsp login handler reflects the logon_error query parameter into the browser without adequately neutralizing attacker-controlled text. No authentication is required, and the documented consequence is limited to attacker-supplied content rendered in the browser.
