CVE-2021-36277

Local code execution via improper signature verification

Published Aug 9, 2021 · Updated Sep 17, 2024

Improper signature verification in Dell Alienware Command Center before 5.4.35.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary code. The flaw is in cryptographic-signature verification, but Dell has not identified the responsible component, input path, or failed validation step.
