Privilege escalation via missing function authorization checks

Improper authorization in MIK.starlight Server 7.9.5.24363 allows remote authenticated users to gain administrative privileges. The SOAP service endpoint accepts calls to administrator-only functions without checking whether the authenticated account holds administrative authorization. Any regular account can invoke every exposed function, including one that returns arbitrary files with the server process's privileges.
