Credential disclosure via unredacted connection tracebacks

Information disclosure in Red Hat Ansible Engine before 2.9.27 allows local users to read connection credentials from tracebacks. The ansible-connection JSON-RPC error path formatted connection arguments directly into a ConnectionError and wrote unredacted values to screen and log output. A local user with access to that output can recover passwords, private-key paths, or privilege-escalation secrets after an unexpected response.
