Improper access control in Fortinet FortiWeb 6.4.1 and earlier allows unauthenticated attackers to access protected hosts via crafted HTTP requests. The HTTP proxy path trusts attacker-controlled request routing information, including the SERVER_NAME value, and forwards traffic to hosts that should remain protected. An attacker needs network reachability to FortiWeb but no account; successful requests can disclose or alter data exposed by the reached backend, while the record does not establish broader compromise.
