Pre-auth command execution via unrestricted Hessian deserialization

Unsafe deserialization in Apache Dubbo 2.6.10 and earlier and 2.7.0 through 2.7.12 allows remote attackers to execute commands. The Hessian HTTP handler passes each POST body directly to a HessianSkeleton whose serializer omits Dubbo's allowed and blocked type lists, while the generic service accepts attacker-selected objects. When a provider enables the optional Hessian protocol, no valid service or method name and no authentication are required to run arbitrary system commands.
