Service interruption via recursive HTTP/2 message parsing

Uncontrolled recursion in HTTP2ToRawGRPCServerCodec in gRPC Swift 1.1.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service. The codec recursively handles each small message packed into one HTTP/2 frame instead of iterating, so a single frame drives repeated calls and consumes the process stack. Any unauthenticated network client that can reach an affected gRPC Swift server can exhaust its stack and deny availability without user interaction.
