Improper authorization in MediaWiki Translate through 1.36 allows remote authenticated users to delete translation-group metadata. The Aggregategroups Action API passes an unvalidated aggregategroup value to TranslateMetadata::deleteGroup when action=remove is requested. The translate-manage right is required, but it permits silent deletion of metadata belonging to any group rather than only the intended group.
