Service crash via undersized TIFF pixel buffer

Heap buffer overflow in ImageMagick before 7.0.11-14 allows remote attackers to crash image-processing services via crafted TIFF files. ReadTIFFImage in coders/tiff.c allocates strip_pixels with an extent of twice TIFFStripSize, which is too small as decoded rows advance the pixel pointer and causes an out-of-bounds read. Exploitation requires an application to process an attacker-supplied TIFF; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault that interrupts that process.
