Private-key disclosure via unrestricted support-bundle archiving
Published Sep 6, 2021 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
Information disclosure in OTRS and ((OTRS)) Community Edition allows remote authenticated users to retrieve private keys from support bundles. The support-bundle generator archives installation files without excluding S/MIME and PGP keys whose containing directory is not hidden. Exploitation requires high-privileged access and user interaction, and the resulting disclosure is limited to key material packaged in the bundle.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=7.0.x <=7.0.28
