User enumeration in OTRS 7.0.28 and earlier and Community Edition 6.0.1 and later allows remote attackers to identify valid logins. The lost-password feature reveals whether a submitted login is valid, but OTRS has not published the responsible code path or response behavior. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the reported impact is limited to disclosure of valid account names.
