Application crash via unchecked XCF run length

Stack-based buffer overflow in KDE KImageFormats 5.70.0 through 5.81.0 allows local users to crash image-handling applications via a crafted XCF file. XCFImageFormat::loadTileRLE trusts an encoded repeat length while expanding tile channels and writes the repeated byte beyond the stack tile buffer. Exploitation requires an application using the plugin to process the malformed image; the published assessment limits the demonstrated consequence to a crash and reports no confidentiality or integrity impact.
